Technology Free Active Days

Lazy days are active days.

I remember playing outside on a bike,  on a swing, and under a large shade tree. This is how we spent our free time before we became so engrossed in technology and in our busy lives. Remember the fun of recreation. It was also good for our health because we were very active outside. We now need to balance our technologically enhanced lives with more active lives that include outdoor activities.

I wrote the title of the song and album down because I knew that I had to have it. It was a good investment because this song got me through many tough times and helped me complete college a second time.
